Tru-Tron 3X envelope filter has made it to MusicRadar's list of the best new effect pedals at NAMM 2014. The Tru-Tron 3X is the AUTHORIZED re-creation of the legendary Musitronics Mu-Tron III for the modern age.

I wonder if Bootsy already has his Tru-Tron 3X (he mailed me about it, but he was trying to contact Mike)?

I went to a Bootsy concert yesterday, but I was too far from the stage to see the pedals. The show was really great! I did see him play before, at Musikmesse (twice) and with the James Brown tribute he did a few years ago (at a festival), but it was the first time I saw a real Bootsy concert.
