Source Audio Orbital Modulator

Postby RL Rygar » Mon Jul 29, 2013 9:33 pm

I am thinking about purchasing a Source Audio Orbital. Seems to have a lot of potential. I'm surprised there's just one output and I don't think the youtube videos I've seen have been much more than a spin through the presets. I'd love to be able to mimic a Maestro ps1a, univibe, and have a decent through zero flange in one pedal.

I've got my eye on a few source audio pedals too. I have their graphic eq, it's an awesome bit of kit. They seem to be a great company as they are one of the few coming up with ideas that push things on, let us know hour is if you do go for it

I just got mine, but only had time to try it briefly. Sounds really good. I spent some time reading the manual and setting up the pre-sets.
I've got a square wave Tremolo for 1 and Rotary for 2. The other stock sounds like Vibe, Flanger, etc.. are still ready to be had with a twist of the main control knob. So far its a great pedal - especially for the price.

That's good to hear, seriously considering the distortion, the whole range looks really well thought out and flexible if a little too complex for gigging though?

Did you ever get one of these? I'm tempted but can't find the midi adapters or the midi implementation chart anywhere.
