[Seen elsewhere] Ebay alert message

Hello (from France),

I might not be the only one to face this damn message. Is there a workaround ? I guess this happens for every "US shipping only" auctions. Is this happening for every european users ?
I can't view those auctions via Firefox, Safari, etc...Thanks GAS God, i have no problem with the Ebay iPad/iPhone app when typing directly the item number, or searching for this same item

Ah, I see it, but it clearly says "Does not ship to Belgium" in red.

I usually get the error page when I open a Germany/France only item on eBay.com, never had it the other way.

In the first case I can always open the page by replacing the ".com" by ".de" or ".fr", but if you can't see a US only auction on ebay.com there's not much I can do to help :-/

OK, thanks... I hoped there was something with settings that I could do to get the same "freedom" as with mobile apps.
I'll stick to the "paste item number into iPad Ebay app" workaround.

If you want to get a little more sophisticated you could use a VPN. It is an effective work around to blocked Ebay auctions based on location.
